You can improve the speed with which the CloudBlue Commerce responses to both UI and API requests. To do this, you need to enable APS Booster on the UI node or the UI cluster.

APS Booster is a service that installs on a UI node (or UI cluster). It redirects the "read-only" requests straight to the Operations database replica, thus reducing the load on the master database, as well as on APS controller. The "write" requests continue to be sent to the original Operations database. APS Booster requires that every web server within a UI cluster be connected to its own CloudBlue Commerce database replica. Below is the scheme of a UI cluster with APS Booster enabled:
Important: On the installations with more than 50,000 accounts, enabling APS Booster is strongly recommended.
