Disabling Invoices and Payment Menu Items

In this scenario, customers can place orders and manage subscriptions, but all information related to their payments and invoices is hidden.

To do this, perform the following actions:

  1. In the Operations control panel, go to System > Settings > UX1 Navigation in the Control Panels group.
  2. In the list of items, select the checkboxes opposite the following items:

    • item@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-users#payment-methods
    • item@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#view-financial-documents
    • view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#unpaid-documents
    • view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#top-up-account-balance
    • view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#pending-documents
    • view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#history-invoices
    • view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#invoice
    • view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#payment
    • navigation@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#billingapp-payment-confirmation-navigation
    • view@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#payment-confirmation-popup
    • navigation@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#billingapp-payment-methods-navigation
    • item@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#payment-methods
    • view-plugin@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-billing#balance

      Note: To hide only the Invoice tile, select this item and leave other check boxes cleared.

  3. Click Hide.
  4. In the list of items, select the checkbox opposite item@http://www.parallels.com/ccp-users#orders and click Show. This will allow customers to view their order history.

Note: After hiding Billing invoices and payment menu items, you disable all on-screen notifications related to invoices and payment screens that customers see in UX1 for Customers. To do this, follow the instructions in the Setting Up Visibility of Billing On-Screen Notifications in UX1 for Customers section.
