Enabling Loyalty Program

Important: A compatible version of Rating Engine must be installed.

To be able to manage loyalty programs, enable the Loyalty Program functionality:

  1. Enable the following special feature in the Billing database: FEA_LoyaltyProgramEnabled

  2. Enable Rating Engine for all new and existing service plans.

    Warning: Loyalty Program functions correctly only if Rating Mode is enabled for all new and existing service plans.

    For instructions, please follow Setting 'Costs Only', 'Revenue Only', or 'Revenue and Costs' Rating Mode for Service Plans.
