Managing Expired Credit Cards

Expired credit cards are shown in the separate list in Billing under Operations > Expired Credit Cards.

E-mail notifications can be configured and scheduled for the card expiration event. However, if a customer uses a credit card as default payment method, sometimes it is necessary to re-enter a credit card data after card re-issuing. In such a situation provider can manually delete a credit card from Billing making it not visible from Billing graphical interface. However such cards data is remains in Billing database for reference purposes.

To delete expired credit card data:

1. Open Operations > Expired Credit Cards. The list of expired credit cards appears on the screen.
2. Select a credit card you want to delete by clicking on respective link in ID or Payment System column. The selected card details are displayed.
3. Click Delete.
