Resolving Domain Conflicts
From provider control panel it is possible to resolve domain conflicts:

In case an existing domain needs some attributes to be entered (e.g., a domain login/password), it is displayed in the list of the domains with missed data.
To see the list open Services > Domains > Domains with Missed Data. From the record in the Missed Parameters column it is clear what parameters should be provided for the domain. To enter missing data for a domain, click on the respective link in the Original Domain Name column and fill in the fields required.

In cases when a pending domain has been manually completed at the registrar but Billing has not yet received the information, the request can be completed manually.
Open respective domain subscription at the Service Props tab, click on Complete Operation Manually button and make corrections needed. See the respective section for details.
- In case when manual modifying a pending domain request (resubmitting or cancelling it entirely) is required, open respective domain subscription at the Service Props tab, click on Correct Statuses button and make corrections needed.
- In cases where the domain subscription Auto-Renewal statuses differ in CloudBlue Commerce and the registrar's system.
