Setting Auto-Renewal for a Service Plan

To set an auto-renewal period in the General settings of a service plan:

  1. Go to Products > Service Plans.

  2. Click the Name of the service plan for which you want to set the renewal period.

  3. On the General tab, click Edit.

  4. Enable and set the Auto-Renewal option. To do so, select from the corresponding drop-down list one of the following subscription renewal modes:

    • On Last Statement Day if you want the subscription to be automatically renewed on its last statement day. In that case, specify the renewal period in the For the Period field: choose the necessary subscription period from the drop-down list. (Default means the current subscription period.)

    • Before Expiration if you want the subscription to be automatically renewed prior to the expiration date. In that case, specify:

      • Renew Point (days): Enter the number of days remaining before the subscription expires.

      • For the Period: Select the necessary subscription period from the drop-down list. (Default means the current subscription period.)

Tip: Here, you can also select a subscription period from another service plan, if such an upgrade path is configured. That is, you can switch to another service plan.

  5. Click Save to apply your settings.

Important: This setting influence on a customer's possibility to operate the auto-renewal option by themselves. If the auto-renewal is enabled, corresponding buttons are available in a subscription's profile in UX1 for Customers.
