Synchronizing Between Reseller Marketplace and Dynamics 365 Business Central

Synchronizing between Reseller Marketplace and Dynamics 365 Business Central allows a reseller to process order placement and invoicing within the two systems more efficiently.

After the initial integration of Dynamics 365 Business Central with Reseller Marketplace, synchronization tasks are created for every active customer subscription. When a new subscription is provisioned or a change in a subscription occurs, a corresponding task is created for synchronization between Reseller Marketplace and Dynamics 365 Business Central. These tasks are created after clicking Check Changes to update a task list.

Note: If no tasks were created after clicking Check Changes, orders that are no older than one month will be processed. If tasks exist, orders after the creation date of the last task will be processed.

In Ignored Tasksyou can find listed the tasks that are not included for synchronization between Reseller Marketplace and Dynamics 365 Business Central, the reason why they are ignored, the date and time when they were ignored and the option to unignore tasks individually or in bulk.
