Configure Reseller Accounts
Referral products can only be offered on marketplaces that the vendor selects. To ensure mapping between marketplaces in CloudBlue Connect and CloudBlue Commerce, you need to mark the reseller accounts as marketplaces and assign them identifiers.
Before you mark a reseller as marketplace, make sure that this reseller is within a tenant account hierarchy. A tenant is a reseller that represents a separate business in a SaaS environment.
Important: On dedicated CloudBlue Commerce installations, only the provider account with the ID #1 must be marked as tenant. To mark the provider account as a tenant, contact support.
There can be multiple tenants on a CloudBlue Commerce installation but they cannot be within the same account hierarchy.
To mark a reseller account as tenant, complete the following steps:

In the Provider Control Panel, go to Billing > Resellers and open the reseller you want to mark as tenant.

In the Reseller Settings, click Mark as Tenant.
To mark a reseller as marketplace, complete the following steps:

In the Provider Control Panel, go to Billing > Resellers and click on the reseller you want to mark as marketplace.

In the Reseller Settings section, click Edit.

Enable the Is a marketplace option and specify the marketplace identifier in the Marketplace external ID field. The identifier must be the same as used in CloudBlue Connect.
Important: Make sure that Listing Automation for Referral Products is set to Off in CloudBlue Connect for the marketplace.

Save the changes.
Now, there is mapping between marketplaces in CloudBlue Connect and CloudBlue Commerce and you can proceed with publishing the product in a marketplace.
