Introduction

UX1 Subscription Management (formerly referred to as UX1 UI) is an optional component of CloudBlue Commerce. It enables providers and resellers to manage customer accounts and subscriptions through UX1 Panels.

• Manage subscriptions:

  • Upsize, downsize, change to another plan
  • Put on hold
  • Renew subscriptions
  • Disable or enable automatic renewal of subscriptions
  • Cancel subscriptions
  • Schedule subscription changes
  • Co-term subscriptions by aligning their expiration dates with another subscription or with the end of the calendar month

• Manage orders:

  • View order details
  • Approve and cancel orders
• Manage customers
  • View the list of customers
  • Add new customers
  • Log in to the customer control panel on behalf of a customer
  • Edit the customer account settings
  • Perform a bulk import of customers
