A Direct CSP Provider or an Indirect CSP Provider Uses a Reseller Account in CloudBlue Commerce
This business scenario is a variation of the 'Direct CSP Provider or Indirect CSP Provider Uses Provider Account in CloudBlue Commerce' business scenario. You must use the same configuration instructions as described in The Cloud Solution Provider Scenario, with certain exceptions:
- If you already have an installed Microsoft 365 application endpoint, you do not need to deploy a new one.
-
A separate instance of the Microsoft 365 application must be created for the Direct CSP Provider or the Indirect CSP Provider. Note that the Microsoft ID of the Direct CSP Provider or the Indirect CSP Provider must be specified in the Reseller tenant ID setting of the instance.
Important:
1. For an application instance created for a Direct CSP Provider, set the Reseller Mode setting to the Direct CSP Provider value.
2. For an application instance created for an Indirect CSP Provider, set the Reseller Mode setting to the Indirect CSP Provider value. - Separate add-on types, license types, Microsoft 365 resource types, Microsoft 365 service templates, and Microsoft 365 service plans must be created for the Direct CSP Provider or the Indirect CSP Provider. We recommend that you use a unique prefix in the names of these resources, service templates, and service plans to indicate that they belong to this specific Direct CSP Provider or Indirect CSP Provider.
