Before you can sign up customers to hosting services, you need to configure the following items in Odin Automation to reflect your hosting offerings: resources, service templates, and service plans. Note that you must include in the target service template the same resources as in the source service templates, and you must allot enough resources, including backups, databases, and applications. Otherwise, the resources will not be provisioned.
