Adobe Connect 11.9.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues, enhancements and new features in Adobe Connect v11.9.0:

New Features

  • CBPFR-1731. The connector now supports Immediate Mid-Term Upgrades (to be made available in an upcoming CloudBlue Commerce release). This functionality allows customers to transition to higher-tier product subscriptions (e.g., moving from a Teams to an Enterprise plan) at any point during their current term without waiting for the renewal cycle.

The connector now supports immediate Mid-Term Upgrades, allowing customers to transition to higher-tier product subscriptions, such as moving from Teams to Enterprise plans, at any point during their current term without waiting for the renewal cycle. This new functionality is managed through CloudBlue Connect via a "Mid Term Upgrades" interface in the subscription change wizard, which automatically identifies valid upgrade paths, calculates prorated balances, and supports optional automatic user reassignment for Team-to-Team transitions. Furthermore, the update introduces a 14-day reversal window for upgrade returns. For additional information see Mid-term Upgrades. Additionally, partners using their own integration can use the API endpoints exposed by the multi-account extension. For additional details see Additional Adobe Management Methods.

Enhancements

  • CAD-2411. Added a new environment variable (RESCHEDULE_TIME_ALL_TRANSACTIONS_DONE) to define a specific rescheduling period after all transactions have been completed.

  • CAD-2423 / CAD-2422. Dependencies have been updated.

Fixed Issues

  • CAD-2399. Reverted recent changes to ensure that all product lists and customer data display correctly regardless of the selected segment (Government, Commercial, or Education).

  • CAD-2408. Fixed an issue where Adobe purchase requests could become stuck in a Pending state. This occurred because certain intermediate processing steps incorrectly signaled completion instead of scheduling a follow-up execution. All affected processing responses have been corrected to ensure requests are consistently re-queued.

  • CAD-2413. Resolved an issue where the set_price_level_hint_draft parameter was not being populated during draft validation for mid-term upgrades that included simultaneous upsizes and downsizes.

  • CAD-2415. Enhanced error handling to properly intercept and manage Adobe-side exceptions encountered during mid-term or return switch previews. This prevents unmanaged errors from appearing in the custom-event response.
