Adobe Connect 12.0.0 Release Notes

CAD-2428. The connector now supports Reusable Flexible Discounts, allowing customers to automatically keep their promotional pricing on subscription renewals and extra seat additions. Once an eligible discount is claimed, the rate carries over to future renewals until a set Discount Lock End Date without requiring any manual reapplication or customer action. The system automatically applies the most recent discount at renewal (unless manually overridden), which can be verified via the discountLockEndDate field in the Get Flexible Discounts API response. CAD-2484. The connector now automatically calculates and synchronizes actual vendor-renewed quantities via a new cb_renewal_quantities fulfillment parameter. This parameter will be used by CloudBlue Commerce in a future release to prevent state discrepancies between Adobe and CloudBlue. CAD-2523. We have resolved an issue where change requests containing a deploymentId were incorrectly creating new orders on the Adobe side instead of updating existing license quantities. This behavior previously led to subscription synchronization failures and errors during renewal processing.
