  2. If you logged in as a customer, click Account on the left menu and then click Subscriptions. If you logged in as a reseller, click Customers > Subscriptions and find the customer and the subscription.

  3. If necessary, click Show Search to find the subscription by ID, name or status.

  4. Click the drop-down list next to Change and click Disable auto-renew.

How to cancel a subscription with a 3-year commitment on Adobe VIP Marketplace

Adobe subscriptions with a 3-year commitment can be canceled with the following limitations:

  • If an order is placed for an Adobe subscription with a 3-year commitment and customers wish to cancel it, they must do so within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • If you have an Adobe subscription with a 3-year commitment (3YC), you will be unable to cancel, void, or return it beyond 14 days from the date of your initial order. Once this initial commitment is enforced, there will be no early cancellations or returns, and you will be unable to decrease the number of licenses below the quantity that was initially agreed upon. You will be locked into the agreement for the entire length of the subscription.

  • After the 14-day window has closed, cancellation can only be performed in the final year of the 3YC term.

  • If you purchase additional licenses during the 3-year term, you can return them within 14 days of the purchase.

  • Once you cancel your Adobe Cloud products, it will not be possible to revert the cancellation in the Cloud Marketplace.

Important: In cases of renewal date misalignment between Adobe and the Cloud Marketplace, always refer to the Renewal Date specified on the Adobe platform, as that will be the valid date for all business purposes.
