Transitioning a Legacy Azure CSP Subscription to an Azure Plan under the Microsoft Customer Agreement

When the customer has a legacy Azure CSP subscription in the Microsoft Partner Center but no subscriptions on CloudBlue Commerce, it will be necessary to manually transition such subscription to an Azure Plan under the Microsoft Customer Agreement. When this is the case, the transacting partner will be asked to confirm if the transition to the Azure plan has been completed in the Microsoft Partner Center.

To do this, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft Partner Center, find the customer and go to the Subscriptions tab.

   

2. Click Transition Billing to Azure Plan.

   

3. Confirm that you wish to transition to Azure plan under the Microsoft Customer Agreement.

   

4. Once the confirmation is accepted, the transition is completed.

   

5. Go back to order process wizard and confirm that the transition to Azure plan has been completed, by setting the corresponding field to Yes.

   

6. Once the domain ownership has been validated and all the required details have been provided, you will be able to review the order details and place the order.
