Prerequisites

To complete the Cisco CONNECT configuration process successfully, please bear in mind that you will need the following information, which will be provided during the enrollment process with Cisco:

Note: For further information about the enrollment process, please refer to the Enrollment Process section.

• Billing Address Name and Billing Address ID: This information refers to the company name and ID. You will be requested to specify your company name, while Cisco will generate the ID, which will be linked to the Billing Address Name provided.
• Purchase Order Number: This is the purchase order number for Cisco. This number will be created by Cisco and linked to the Billing Address ID previously created.
• Username: This username will be a Cisco email ID, which will be registered by Cisco during the enrollment phase.
• Password: This is the password that corresponds to the Cisco email ID. It will be registered by Cisco during the enrollment phase.

Additionally, you will also need to create the following API credentials for the corresponding service account:

• Client ID
• Client Secret
