Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v15.4.2

Fixed Issues

  • When a timeout exception is received from Microsoft, the processor will now reschedule requests according to the time period configured in the follwoing environment variable timeout_schedule. If this environment variable is not configured, requests will be rescheduled to run every 230 seconds by default.

Known Limitations

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported.

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported.

  • All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported.

  • Changing the term duration is not supported for NCE products.
