Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT 18.3 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the enhancements, fixed issues and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v18.3.

Enhancements

  • In this new version of the Microsoft connector, the requirement to provide an MPN ID and a reseller domain in the ordering process will depend on the configuration of the sales_model parameter. This parameter now has the following options:

    • Direct 1T Only: MPN ID and Partner Attestation are not needed.

    • Distribution Only: MPN ID and Partner Attestation are mandatory.

    • Dual (1T and 2T): MPN ID is optional and Partner attestation is mandatory.

Note: The Dual (1T and 2T) option will be used by default if the parameter is not configured.

For additional information, refer to the Distributor Portal Configuration Guide.

Call to action: Please ensure that the sales model for each marketplace is properly configured in the sales_model parameter.
