Introduction

This document describes the new features and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v15.3.1

New Features

• The processor will now ask transacting partners to specify if the customer is qualified as a state-owned entity during the ordering process, and will apply such qualification to customers when applicable.

  Call to action: Please ensure you update your methods and procedures to ensure that the state-owned eligibility is captured within the orders. The solution provided only covers purchase process scenarios for new and existing customers.

Known Limitations

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported.

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported.

• All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported.

• Changing the term duration is not supported for NCE products.
