Introduction

This document describes the enhancements and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v15.4.4

Enhancements

• Due to a transient incident experienced by Microsoft causing orders of NCE Microsoft 365 to fail with error reason code 500, Cloudblue has released a new version of the processor, which prevents orders from failing by backing off and silently re-trying on your behalf. These orders will experience longer provisioning times, but will be saved from failure. This method may not save all orders, for example in the case of repeated error 500.

Call to Action

• Please review your order history to detect any that have failed with error reason code 500.

Known Limitations

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported.

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported.

• All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported.

• Changing the term duration is not supported for NCE products.
