Introduction

This document describes the new features, enhancements , fixed issues and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v15.4

New Features

From now on, Partner of record attestation will only be requested for indirect partners.

Enhancements

When the customer creation fails on the Microsoft side, a proper error message will be displayed in Connect for the corresponding request. This error may occur in sandbox environments, where the number of customer accounts that can be created is limited by Microsoft.
Order creation will now be retried every 24 hours for customers that get stuck in "under review" status, due to a technical glitch on the Microsoft side.

Fixed Issues

An issue was fixed when getting the availability for existing customers whose country in Connect is different from the one in Microsoft.

Known Limitations

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported.
NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported.
All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported.
Changing the term duration is not supported for NCE products.
