Introduction

This document describes the new features and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v16.1

New Features

  • The connector now supports the declaration of multiple MPN IDs in orders placed via API in order to comply with EU/EFTA laws which require providers to declare all the resellers involved in a transaction. Please note that this feature is not available for orders placed through UX1, as Connect does not yet support declaring optional parameters. Partners in other regions will not be affected by the Compliance Declaration of Additional Partners.

  • The connector now supports the migration of legacy CSP subscriptions with add-ons to NCE.

  • Multi-lingual Activation and Inquiring Templates are supported and available to all Partners as an optional feature.

Known Limitations

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

  • All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.

  • Changing the term duration is not supported for NCE products. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.
