Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT 18.1 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features, fixed issues and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v18.1.

New Features

  • The validation of the customer address can now be skipped in the CSP to NCE migration process to reduce the number of requests in “inquiring” status when an invalid address was configured on Microsoft.

Fixed Issues

  • To avoid failed tasks on the platform when trial subscriptions are canceled, the connector will now disable the auto-renew flag for canceled trial subscriptions and will approve such requests to let the subscriptions expire on their own on the Microsoft side.

  • Fixed issue that occurred when address parameters were pre-populated with the existing customer’s address on Microsoft and such address was invalid.

  • Improvement of the error message displayed when a partner relationship is requested for an existing customer.

  • New logic has been implemented to avoid duplicate subscriptions on the Microsoft side. With the implemented solution, if there are any unexpected errors when saving parameters on Connect, the connector will retry the action avoiding the creation of duplicate subscriptions.
