Introduction

This document describes the new features and known limitations of Microsoft SaaS - CONNECT v15.2.4

Fixed Issues

The transition status is now properly checked if Microsoft returns a 401 unauthorized error code. New logic has been added to validate the Microsoft plan before completing the transition to make it possible to fix the existing failed order.

Known Limitations

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported.

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported.

• All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported.

• Changing the term duration is not supported for NCE products.
