Introduction
This document describes the new features, enhancements and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v20.0:
New Features

A new Connect Product is now supported to provision Provider Qualified Specialized Offers.

Changing the subscription Billing Frequency along with Billing Term (Immediate Change) is now supported.
Note: This will start a new subscription period, so expiration dates will be modified. For additional information, refer to the Channel Operations Guide.
Enhancements

If the customer is no longer associated with the Provider, subscription cancellations will be completed successfully and a proper message will be displayed in the Connect Subscription Notes.

The CPV client id and secret were added to the environment variables in DevOps module values, so that this information is prefilled in the DevOps creation.

A script has been added, which obtains the processor messages and makes them available in a .po file format that can be used for localization purposes.

Logic for CSP and NCE has been split in the Change Flow to make it easier to clean up the code.
Known Limitations

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.
