Introduction
This document describes the new features and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v28.3.0:
New Features

COAD-4177.

Ability to opt-in or opt-out for Default GDAP relationship during customer creation. For additional information, see the following section: Microsoft Default GDAP Relationship with New Customers. Additionally, the default GDAP relationship will be auto-extended for 180 days by default.

Ability to auto-extend the custom GDAP relationship for a period of 180 days. For additional details, see the following section: Extending the Custom GDAP Relationship with Customers.

COAD-4052. Importing multiple NCE orders simultaneously is now by using the Seamless Move tool. For additional information, see the Seamless Move documentation.
Note: The Seamless Move functionality requires the following product versions: Generic Seamless Move 1.2.6, Seamless Move APS 2.1. Additionally, Rating Engine must be enabled.

COAD-4224. The
AdminAgent
security group is automatically assigned when the Default GDAP relationship is opted in on customer creation.Important: Customer-approved custom roles must be manually assigned to security groups in Microsoft Partner Center. For additional information on custom GDAP roles, refer to the Microsoft Management Settings documentation.
Fixed Issues

SUPSCIT-2903. The invalid phone number default error message will no longer be displayed in cases when Microsoft does not validate the customer's address.

SUPSCIT-2954. We fixed an issue which occurred when validating a domain that already exists in Microsoft.

CNNO-1905. We fixed an issue where the dynamic order validation was skipped in cases when an existing customer has not signed the Microsoft Customer Agreement. MCA and SOE are now requested during the dynamic order validation both for new and existing customers.
Known Limitations

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following ID: MAP-701.

All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following ID: MAP-715.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
