NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 28.8 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v28.8:

Enhancements

• CNNO-2234. A new error code during overage activation is now properly handled by the connector.

• SUPSCIT-3332. A new error code returned when a term change is scheduled for EOL products is now properly handled by the connector.

• COAD-4023. When the subscription expires in CloudBlue Commerce and the subscription in Microsoft is not expired, deleted or disabled, a cancellation request is sent to Connect. If this request fails because the subscription is out of the cancellation window, the connector will check the auto-renewal status in Microsoft. If the auto-renewal is set to Off in Microsoft, the cancellation request will be approved. However, if the auto-renewal status is set to On in Microsoft and the connector is unable to turn it off, the cancel request will be failed as long as the cancel_flow parameter is set to fail_request.

Known Limitations

• Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
