NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 30.0.2 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes a fixed issue introduced in NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v30.0.2:
Enhancements
-
CNNO-2623. To comply with Microsoft’s updated requirements effective October 7, 2025, the connector will treat any Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) accepted prior to April 1, 2023 as invalid. For affected customers:
-
Either the Microsoft customer must self-accept a new MCA,
-
Or, a Microsoft partner must re-attest on behalf of the customer, either individually or in bulk.
Note:
- For more details, please see our complete guidance: Enhanced MCA Partner Attestation for Legacy MCAs.
- Microsoft will remove Bulk Attestation tooling on October 7, 2025. -
Fixed Issues
-
CNNO-2620. We have resolved an issue where a purchase request was not transitioning from Pending to Inquiring status when the
microsoft_domainparameter included an @ symbol. The logic has been updated to properly handle @ symbols in themicrosoft_domainparameter.
Known Limitations
-
Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
Note: End-user management is now supported through Microsoft Online Management (MOME). For additional information, refer to MOME documentation.
