NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 30.3.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features and fixed issues in NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v30.3.0:

COAD-4732. We have implemented new draft customer validations that will be used in the new purchase process screens planned for a future release.

CNNO-2631. We resolved an issue that occurred when a customer purchased an annual NCE subscription with monthly billing cycle on the 29th, 30th, or 31st day of a month and the billing date in CloudBlue eventually fell out of sync with the actual dates maintained by Microsoft. This misalignment led to scheduled change orders (upgrades, downgrades, etc.) failing because our validation checks detected the date discrepancy and blocked the order. We have deployed an enhancement to the connector validation logic to prevent these failures. Instead of failing the validation check, when a date misalignment is detected for late-month purchases (29th, 30th, or 31st), the connector will now:
- Detect the known date misalignment case.
- Bypass the strict date validation failure.
- Place the order successfully with Microsoft using the accurate, current dates provided by the Microsoft system.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
