NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 30.4.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features introduced in NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v30.4.0:

COAD-4740. The connector now integrates with Microsoft’s latest API for Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) attestation, ensuring alignment with current Microsoft compliance requirements.

Key Enhancements
- New MCA Attestation Link: During the ordering process, a new link will be displayed to initiate MCA attestation.
- Partner Confirmation: Once the attestation is accepted, the transacting partner must confirm acceptance by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
- Validation Logic Updates:
  - The connector now checks the existing MCA acceptance date. Any MCA accepted before April 1, 2023, will be considered invalid, and the attestation flow will be re-triggered.
  - Cart errors caused by missing MCA attestation will now prompt a re-attestation process automatically.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
