CNNO-2661 Fixed an issue where the attestation logic incorrectly blocked subsequent plan purchases for new customers, causing orders to move to "Inquiring" status. This occurred because the connector’s attestation lookup was identifying recent pending orders rather than the initial draft order, and the
attestation_idparameter was not properly populating from the draft to those pending orders. -
CNNO-2660. Fixed an issue where fulfillment requests in a revoking status would trigger the following error during exception handling:
400 Bad Request: REQ_001. The error occurred because the connector unconditionally attempted to update fulfillment parameters via the Connect API, even though the API only supports updates for requests in pending, draft, or inquiring states.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
