Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v30.5.2 / 30.5.4 / 30.5.5:

CNNO-2663 Previously, when a reseller relationship was missing between a partner and a customer, the system would return a generic communication error: "RelationshipService: There exists no reseller relationship between the partner and customer". This blocked the workflow without providing the user a clear path to resolution. We have updated the validation logic to proactively verify the partner–customer relationship before proceeding with Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) validation.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.

Note: End-user management is now supported through Microsoft Online Management (MOME). For additional information, refer to MOME documentation.
