Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v30.6.4:

Fixed Issues

  • CNNO-2678. We resolved synchronization discrepancies where scheduled change orders reflected in CloudBlue Commerce and Connect failed to appear in Partner Center, primarily due to the Microsoft API not returning the customTermEndDate in GET responses.

  • CNNO-2679. Resolved Trial Subscription Purchase Failures (Error 900438): Fixed an issue where trial subscription purchases would fail due to a conflict between auto-renewal settings and API validation logic. The system now correctly aligns scheduledActions with trial purchase requests, ensuring successful processing and eliminating the need for manual workarounds.

Known Limitations

  • Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
