Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v30.7.2:

CNNO-2687. We have resolved an issue that occurred when the connector attempted to send a PATCH request to modify scheduled actions—such as canceling a subscription at the end of its term—and the payload omitted the required effective date. In these cases, Microsoft would process the request without error but silently discard the update, leaving the subscription's state unchanged. This fix ensures that effectiveDate (mapped to the commitmentEndDate) is now correctly included in the HTTP body, enabling successful persistence of cancellation actions and ensuring compatibility with upcoming EST policy changes.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
