Charge Audit: Discount Reverse Lookup

The discount reverse lookup feature in the Discount Advisor allows you to to identify the discount applied to each usage line. It considers applicability priorities and the discount contexts defined for the customer, reseller, and AWS service in the Discounts tab.

Note: You can run the discount lookup for all usage lines or only for the ones you select.

When a matching discount is found, the corresponding customer and reseller discounts are displayed in their respective columns. This tool is especially useful for identifying cases where no discount has been defined for a specific customer or reseller.
