Generic Seamless Move 4.4. Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features, enhancements and known limitations of Generic Seamless Move v4.4:

COAD-4405. A pop-up message is now displayed to inform if the migration order was created successfully.

COAD-4215. We have introduced new validations on customer accounts to prevent resellers that are inactive or on credit hold from importing subscriptions with Seamless Move.

SUPSCIT-3694. We have fixed an issue related with the Special Pricing functionality for Microsoft SaaS.
SUPSCIT-3662. We have fixed an issue which was sometimes preventing the correct detection of the production reseller.

Subscriptions to be imported must be in active status.
Trial subscriptions cannot be imported.
Only Microsoft NCE subscriptions can be imported.
Only subscriptions without scheduled changes on the renewal date can be imported.
Only subscriptions without promotions can be imported.
Only subscriptions that do not exist on Connect can be imported.
CNNO-2424. Importing subscriptions of different Microsoft specialized offers may result in an empty Tier Config that will require manual intervention to provide the indirect reseller domain in the Connect Tier Config request. This has been identified as a known limitation.
