Overview

This guide describes how to migrate Microsoft 365 CSP subscriptions of the Microsoft 365 (.NET endpoints) and O365_APS2 (PHP endpoints) applications to CloudBlue Connect NCE.

Important: You must not perform the migration on your own. The current version of the migration script is intended for migration only with the assistance of CloudBlue Professional and Managed Services Team. Please contact your CSM or TAM to begin a Professional Services discovery process and obtain a Statement of Work with customized pricing.

Migration is performed with a migration script that is shipped separately from CloudBlue Commerce and the Microsoft 365 and O365_APS2 applications.

The migration script supports two modes:

• New Subscription Mode: For every source Microsoft 365 CSP subscription, one or more Microsoft 365 NCE subscriptions are created, depending on the Microsoft 365 CSP licenses included in that subscription. That source Microsoft 365 CSP subscription is then canceled.

• Switch Plan Mode: Every source Microsoft 365 CSP subscription is switched to a Microsoft 365 NCE service plan.
