How to create a service offer in Odin Automation

To be able to sell your service offers via Odin Automation, you should create and configure the respective service plans. An important aspect of service offer management is choosing the right billing model at the beginning.

To create a service offer:

  1. Choose one of the billing models.

  2. Create these objects, which are necessary for the configuration of a service plan (or make sure there are such objects in your system):

    • a service template with the necessary parameters

    • a plan category with the necessary parameters

    • a sales category with the necessary parameters

    • a unique group with the necessary parameters

For more information see Creating Objects Necessary for Configuring Service Plans.
