You can place sales, change, renewal, and cancelation orders to perform these tasks:

• Subscribing Customers to Service Plans
• Upgrading or Downgrading Subscriptions
• Renewing Subscriptions
• Canceling Subscriptions

Billing orders are created automatically to charge customers for the previous or for the next subscription period. For more information see:
