Selecting Online Store for Selling Services

Provider and resellers can create as many online stores as necessary. In order for an online store to be used for selling services, it has to be activated. Also, only active store can be used as a template when configuring the reseller. A number of online stores can be active simultaneously.

To activate an online store:

  1. Log in to CloudBlue Commerce provider control panel. Go to Billing > Products > Online Store and click Switch Store. The list of online stores appears on the screen.
  2. Select an online store you intend to activate by clicking on the respective link in the Store Name or in the Description column. Selected store properties appear on the screen.
  3. Click Activate. Online store Active parameter value is set to Yes.
  4. Click Cancel to return to the online stores list.

Note:
1. Activating online store is not enough for starting sales. Synchronization settings should be configured for provider's default online store. Additional online stores should be installed as proxy stores.
2. Deactivated store is still accessible but cannot be selected when creating a brand/reseller.
