Signing Up Resellers and Customers
Signing Up New Resellers
If you are using CloudBlue Commerce with Billing, you first need to create a customer account and then convert it into a reseller account. You cannot create reseller accounts directly.
To convert a customer account into a reseller account, go to Billing > Operations > Subscriptions > Add New Order. Select the user account, select the service plan that you created in Step 4, and submit the order. After the order is paid, the customer will be converted into a reseller.

If you are using CloudBlue Commerce without Billing, to sign up resellers, refer to Operating Resellers and Customers.
Signing Up Existing Resellers
If you want to sign up existing resellers for WebHosting Plesk offers, so that they can use and resell them to their customers, you need to do any of the following:
- Add the resources called WebHosting Plesk Branding and WebHosting Plesk Branding Subdomain to the reseller's subscription.
- Create a new subscription for the reseller and include the resources called WebHosting Plesk Branding and WebHosting Plesk Branding Subdomain in it.
Signing Up Customers
If you are using CloudBlue Commerce with Billing, customers can sign up for services by visiting the Online Store. However, you can also do it manually by following the instructions in Managing Subscriptions.
