To configure a domain service plan, complete the following steps:
- Prepare domain service template. For detailed information on preparing domain service template, refer to the Preparing Domain Service Template section further in this guide.
- Create service plan based on domain service template. For detailed information on creating domain service plan, refer to the Creating Domain Service Plan section further in this guide.
Important: .eu via EURid Domain Service Plans Configuration:
EURid, the European registry for .eu domains registers eu. domains for undefined period and bills registrant once a year. A domain registration is renewed automatically until registrant requests domain release. If a subscription period different from 1 year or 12 months is passed to EURid, domain registration fails. To avoid such fails, the EURid domain registration plugin implemented n Billing is designed to always pass 1 year registration period to EURid registry, without respect to subscription periods specified in service plan. Please, always configure ONLY 1 year subscription period for domain service plans that provide domains registration through EURid.
