Native Integrations 2.3-890

In this version, support was added for subscriptions with Align Billing Period with Statement Day enabled.

Known Limitations

• If a custom Statement day is set for a subscription, such a subscription will be incorrectly synchronized in ConnectWise.
• If the Align Sales Order with Statement Day option is not set and the First Billing Period For Free is set for a subscription, such a subscription will be incorrectly synchronized in ConnectWise.

Native Integrations 2.2-838

The following changes have been implemented in this version:

When synchronizing subscriptions, if a selected agreement has the Prorate Agreement setting in ConnectWise, a respective warning displays that this can lead to an inconsistency in the ConnectWise invoicing after synchronization.

Native Integrations 2.2

The following changes have been implemented in this version:

• The ability to link product between Reseller Marketplace and ConnectWise from the Mapping screen.

  
  Also, in the Fee Mapping pane, you can map a Cancellation Fee with a product before their synchronization.

• The ability to select how to handle modification of additions from the ConnectWise Connection screen:

  You can select from the two options:

  • Cancel and create: After the addition is changed, the existing addition is canceled and a new one is created,
  • Modify: After the addition is changed, the existing addition is modified.

  

Native Integrations 2.1

The following changes have been implemented in this version:

• The option to automatically create and process synchronization tasks for the following scenarios:
  • Resource upsize and downsize
  • Subscription cancellation
  • Usage-based subscriptions.

  You can choose from two options to check for changes: once per day, or once every 5 minutes.

  
  
  Also, here you can select events you want to be notified of and tracked:

  • Only about errors and actions required from you
  • About all tasks.

  These notifications are displayed in pop-up messages and Action Log.

• The ability to access the Action Log where a reseller can see detailed changes made to Native Integrations. To learn more, refer to Logging and Auditing for ConnectWise.
  

  

Native Integrations 2.0

The following changes have been implemented in this version:

• native integration is now accessed from UX1 for Resellers.

  

• The option to load prices by default from ConnectWise or Reseller Marketplace when configuring connection settings.
  

  

• The ability to select only unmapped customers in the Mapping screen.
  

  

Known Limitations

External branding (skins, and so on) is not supported yet. However, you can change a logo.

The following changes have been implemented in this version:

• The ability to synchronize cancellation orders.

• UX improvements for supported synchronization scenarios.

Note: This version requires additional permission: Agreements > Delete Level = All. The security role that is assigned to an API member in ConnectWise must contain this permission.

Native Integrations 1.3

The following changes have been implemented in this version:

• The ability to import customers from ConnectWise using the customer import wizard. For information, refer to Importing Customers from ConnectWise.
• The ability to reconcile customers' subscriptions using the subscription reconciliation wizard. For information, refer to Reconciling ConnectWise Subscriptions.

Note: This version requires additional APS API access requirements.

Resolved Issues

PSA-885 An error occurs during customer import.

PSA-886 An error occurs during subscription reconciliation.

Native Integrations 1.2

The following changes have been implemented in this version:

• URL for Native Integrations is now the same as for Reseller Marketplace.
• All product types are now supported on the Product Mapping step.
• The ability to create new products is now possible on the Product Mapping step.
• The ability to select additions is now possible on the Configure Additions step.
• The ability to select whether to load prices from the ConnectWise Catalog or Reseller Marketplace is now possible on the Configure Additions step.
