Viewing Prices
Note: This only available with Price Manager in production mode.
All prices are displayed under Portfolio > Prices in UX1. They are displayed in collapsed blocks, each block referring to a plan. For each plan, the number of its price entries is displayed.
Price entry is a set of product fee prices that can be configured for a specific subscription period within a plan. It can include wholesale and retail price that will be used for selling to your resellers and customers respectively. You can also define recommended prices that will be used by default for your resellers' sales. Resellers can always redefine recommended prices and set their own.
By default, prices that are effective on the current date are displayed. In the Show prices effective on field, you can specify the date to view the prices effective on that date.
For each plan, prices are grouped first by the subscription period and then by the product. Subscription period prices, if defined, are displayed first. Inside a subscription period, all product prices are displayed.
You can export current prices to an Excel file, review them and import the updated price list.
You can also view the history of price changes. To do this, complete the following steps:
-
In UX1, expand a price entry under Portfolio > Prices.
-
Click Price changes. You will see a chart and a table reflecting how prices changed over time, with details for each change, as well as a list of scheduled changes, if there were any.
