Provisioning of Internally Fulfilled Products

Note: For PLM terminology, refer to the Glossary.

Products in PLM can be created as follows:

• Automatically, by importing information from CloudBlue Connect,

• Manually in the UI, for a product to be fulfilled internally.

• Automatically using a URL request, for products imported from an external fulfillment system.

PLM itself may act as a fulfillment system. This can be useful for distribution of a provider's own products or products from vendors that do not provide integration API with their fulfillment systems.

To create a product manually:

1. Go to UX1 for Providers.
2. Click Add Product.
3. In the pop-up window that opens, specify the product parameters and click Add Product.

After creating products, prepare your plans.

Note: For internally fulfilled products, PLM automatically creates product lines that may require adjustment of settings.
