Tools and Methods

When testing and debugging APS applications, you can use various tools, including generic PHP and JavaScript tools as well as APS-specific tools as described in this document. The following sections describe the tools and methods to test and troubleshoot APS applications in the following environments:

• Development Tools - troubleshooting during the development process

• Management Node - troubleshooting in the management node

• Endpoint Host - troubleshooting in the APS end-point host

• Client side - troubleshooting from the client side

When you are testing and debugging an application, the development environment and client tools are usually installed on the same computer.
