Adobe Connect 11.10.0 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes the new features, enhancements and fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.10.0:
New Features
-
CAD-2401. The connector now supports applying High-Growth Offers (HGO) simultaneously when purchasing a new 3-Year Commitment (3YC) subscription. Previously, HGO benefits could only be added to existing, active subscriptions, which created a multi-step checkout process for new customers. This enhancement streamlines the onboarding experience, allowing you to bundle these incentives into a single transaction. For additional information, see the High-Growth Offers documentation.
-
CAD-2379. We have enhanced the Flexible Discounts capability in the Adobe VIP Marketplace to support a new category of fixed-price Introductory Offers. This release introduces category filtering (STANDARD vs. INTRO) within the Fetch Flexible Discounts API and enforces eligibility checks to ensure discounts apply only to customers with no prior product ownership.
-
CAD-2451. We have streamlined the automated validation and integration with the Mid-term upgrades return flow (Mid-Term Upgrades will be made available in an upcoming CloudBlue Commerce release). The connector now introduces a hidden dropdown parameter,
is_mid_term_switch_or_revert, which automatically activates during Change Validation if an order contains a simultaneous upsize and downsize with empty order ID references.
If a customer manually indicates that the request is a revert switch and the corresponding Order ID cannot be obtained, the customer will be prompted to provide it.
Enhancements
-
CAD-2292. The decoupling of extended terms plans is now supported by the connector.
-
CAD-2434. Price can now be optionally included in Preview Switch and Preview Switch Revert API requests via Adobe API Management Connect extension. For additional information see Additional Adobe API Management Methods.
-
CAD-2429. A new column showing the Base Offer ID has been added to the Pending Seat Additions view in the Adobe Reseller Console. For additional information see Pending Seats Additions.
-
CAD-2447. A new tab in Adobe Recommendations now displays the estimated Adobe Discount Level for each recommended MPN.
Fixed Issues
-
CAD-2424. We have addressed an issue where automated Adobe scheduled recommitment requests were failing with errors indicating that no active 3-Year Commitment (3YC) existed on the customer account, despite a valid commitment having been previously accepted.
-
CAD-2435. We have addressed an issue where change orders were being blocked and placed into a reschedule loop when a customer concurrently held an existing, accepted "COMMITTED" 3-Year Commitment (3YC) alongside a pending "REQUESTED" commitment request. The connector previously misinterpreted the pending status as a lack of customer acceptance, but further evaluation confirmed that the system is functioning as designed by waiting for user validation when 3YC parameters are updated. While this behavior is expected, we have implemented enhancements to improve message clarity.
-
CAD-2341. We have implemented a permanent fix to resolve an issue where Adobe change requests were becoming stuck in a "Pending" state after successfully executing the "Finalizing Ensure order is active" step.
-
CAD-2456. Fixed an issue where failed orders resulted in data discrepancies between Adobe subscriptions and Connect asset items. Previously, duplicate subscriptions could share the same Offer ID on the Adobe side with conflicting statuses—such as one in status 1004 and another in status 1000 with auto-renewal enabled—leading to synchronization errors in Connect. This update ensures that Connect now accurately reconciles subscription statuses and maintains consistent, correct asset alignment with Adobe.
