Adobe Connect 11.5.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features and fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.5.0:

CAD-2266 / CAD-2265 / CAD-2264. The connector now surfaces Value-Upgrade Switch Paths for active Adobe customers directly within the Adobe Resellers Console. By analyzing a customer’s current license mix, the system identifies high-value Adobe-to-Adobe upsells, cross-sells, and add-ons.

CAD-2295. Resolved an issue where the "High Growth Offer" (HGO) field was incorrectly marked as mandatory for ineligible customers during the Change Order process. This fix ensures that the HGO field only appears as a required element for customers who meet the specific eligibility criteria defined in the HGO matrix, allowing all other users to proceed with subscription adjustments and license increases without interruption.
