Placing an Order for Adobe Licenses with a 3-year Commitment

Important: Once the order is placed for an Adobe subscription with a 3-year commitment, your organization will receive an email with an invitation to accept the 3-year commit agreement on the Adobe portal. The 3-year commit agreement must be accepted in the Adobe portal for the purchase request to be processed and approved by the CloudBlue plaform.

In this section you will find a step-by-step walk-through of the process to place an order to purchase Adobe with a 3-year commitment.

1. Log in to UX1 Marketplace, click the Marketplace option in the left menu and type Adobe VIP Marketplace in the search box. Select the plan and click Add to Cart. Then, click the cart icon at the top of the page.

   

2. Select the products and licenses that you wish to purchase. Click Next.

   Important: To qualify for a three-year commitment (3YC) you must add 10 or more licenses.

   

3. You can select an existing customer or create a new customer. In this example, we will place the order for an existing customer.

   

4. Review your reseller parameters. If this is not your first time placing an order for Adobe, click Next to continue. If additional information is required from you, an email will be sent to the technical contact of your account.

   

   Note: If you are placing an order for an Adobe Government or Adobe Education product, you will be asked to select your industry sector from a list.

5. Review the reseller details attached to the order, your Adobe Partner ID and the Connect Tier config ID and product ID.

   

6. Provide your Adobe user administrator email. If you already have an Adobe account, you will need to use the same email account you used in your previous orders. In this case, the new subscription will be attached to your existing Adobe account. Click Next.

   

   Note: If you are placing an order for an Adobe Education product, select the corresponding sub-segment (k-12 school, Higher education or Nonprofit organization). The selected sub-segment must correspond with the Adobe Education product you are purchasing.

7. As we are placing an order for Adobe licenses with a 3-year commitment, select the Enable 3YC checkbox.

   

8. Specify the minimum number of licenses for a 3-year commitment. As the minimum commitment is 10 licenses, we will specify 10 in this example.

   Important: Only if you are purchasing Adobe Acrobat Sign with a 3-year commitment, you will have to specify the minimum quantity of consumables, which must be 1000 or more. If you are not purchasing Adobe Acrobat Sign with a 3-year commitment, you must enter a blank space in the Three years minimum consumables field.

   

9. Review the order details and click Buy to place the order.
