Creating a Generic Service Plan

In most cases, you can create offers by creating a generic service plan in the classic wizard:

Important: After you create the necessary service plans, make them available for sale in UX1 Marketplace as well as the classic Customer and Reseller Control Panels.

1. Go to the classic Provider Control Panel. In the top menu, switch from Operations to Billing.
2. In the left menu, go to Products > Service Plans. Click Add New Service Plan. Select Generic Service Plan. Click Next and follow the wizard:
   • Step 1. Configure Billing Terms
   • Step 2. Specify Prices and Subscription Periods
   • Step 3. Update Subscription Periods
   • Step 4. Configure Resource Rates
   • Step 5. Add Up-sale Categories
